SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

8:30am:Ride Manager's Meeting

10:00am:Annual General Meeting

2:30pm:Guest Speaker - Susan Garlinghouse DVM,MS

Susan will be presenting in real time (virtually) on Nutrition Solutions for Performance Problems and Maximizing Longevity of the Endurance Horse.  There will be opportunity for questions and discussion

6:00pm: Banquet Buffet Dinner followed by Awards Ceremony

Room Rates for the event are $169/night

Dinner/Dessert buffet is $60/adult (incl tax) - 1/2 price under 12yrs

Please reserve your room directly with the Delta Kamloops.  Further details including the meeting agenda will be sent out soon.  Dinners must be reserved in advance.  Award recipients will be notified by email. 

Bring any used endurance tack that you would like to sell -  a tack sale table will be set up.
